Meet Your Tutor 

Charlotte Rayner, PGCE, MA.  Charlotte is a dedicated early years educator and tutor with Education-CPD, bringing over thirty years of experience to the sector. Having spent more than a decade teaching in the UAE, she developed award-winning outdoor learning programmes, recognised and supported by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). Charlotte continues to champion early childhood education, now working closely with nurseries, pre-schools, and reception classes to enhance quality provision and improve outcomes for young learners.
